The Runner Gradient Sneaker from Balenciaga reinterprets performance footwear through layered construction and directional proportion. Defined by an exaggerated sole and complex paneling, the silhouette balances technical influence with urban precision. Presented in Navy, Red, and Grey, the gradient composition enhances depth and contrast across the upper.
Constructed from mesh with polyurethane and polyester overlays, the sneaker features a worn-out effect that reinforces its distressed aesthetic. The size is printed at the edge of the toe and debossed at the back, while the Runner logo appears on the exterior. Balenciaga branding is embroidered on the tongue and positioned at the heel, grounding the design in the house’s signature codes.
