Want to return an item?
To initiate a return, please use our return label provided. Please note, a return fee of €6.25 will apply. Want to return an item? Start your return by clicking on the link of your country below, and following the steps. You must choose the country from your delivery address:

We’re happy to help you exchange your item for another size, provided it’s in stock.
Please contact us at contact@ellisrosch.com with your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the new size you would like to receive.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and send a confirmation once your new item is on its way.
We aim to process your return within 48 hours after receiving the package at our warehouse.
Please note: It can take up to 12 days for your return to reach us.
We will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days after your return request.
If you regret your purchase, we will refund the full amount.
If the item shows signs of damage, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the impairment.
If you return an item after the 14-day deadline, a fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund.
If the return exceeds the deadline by one month or more, a monetary refund is not possible. Instead, the value of the order will be credited to your account in points, minus a €60 handling fee.
You can easily redeem your points into a voucher:

Option 2
Go directly to checkout and select the voucher appearing at the top.
If you fail to collect your package at the selected parcel shop, a fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund.
