The Tropicalia Small Bag from Marni is a structured yet lightweight silhouette defined by textural contrast and sculptural clarity. Designed with compact proportions and architectural lines, the bag balances artisanal craft with contemporary refinement. Presented in Rawsienna, the warm tone enhances the interplay between leather and raffia-effect panels.
Constructed from cotton and polyamide with raffia-effect texture, the body is framed by calf leather trims and a structured leather base. Raised leather top handles introduce a tactile dimension, while a removable shoulder strap allows for crossbody styling. A leather closure secures the interior, fully lined in cotton for a clean finish. Golden metal hardware and an embroidered logo at the front complete the design with subtle signature detailing.
Founded in Milan, Marni is recognized for its experimental use of color, texture, and proportion. The Tropicalia line reflects the house’s ability to merge craft references with modern structure, resulting in accessories that feel both expressive and refined.
