The Metal and Leather Necklace from Miu Miu approaches jewelry through a utilitarian combination of leather and polished hardware. Crafted in black calfskin, the narrow silhouette is punctuated by metal studs and a silver-tone chain, creating a graphic contrast between supple leather and industrial detailing. A metal buckle closure reinforces the accessory’s structured character, while subtle Miu Miu branding appears on the metal loop.
Designed with layering in mind, the necklace can be worn independently or combined with other jewelry for a more expressive composition. Its slim 1.5 cm profile keeps the proportions precise, while the studded surface and contrasting metal elements introduce texture and dimension. The result reflects Miu Miu’s experimental approach to familiar accessory codes.
Miu Miu explores femininity through playful contrasts, unconventional proportions, and irreverent interpretations of familiar wardrobe codes.
The Metal and Leather Necklace transforms a classic leather accessory through studded hardware and industrial detailing.
