Corps Simple by Patis Pluriel is a single-parcel Champagne built to showcase Meunier with clarity and restraint. Sourced from La Croix de Verneuil in the Marne Valley, the south-facing exposure and clay-limestone soils shape a profile that reads precise, fruit-forward, and quietly structured.
Vinified with minimal intervention and without added sulfites, the cuvée is intentionally unadorned, featuring stainless-steel fermentation, Brut Nature dosage, and a natural expression that favors texture, purity, and clean length.
Patis Pluriel approaches Champagne as a sensory practice—focused on reflection, aroma, texture, and detail—pushing technical precision while staying close to place.
