These terms apply to purchases made at Ellisrosch.com, including both deliveries to Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands unless otherwise agreed) and international shipments. For details on international delivery, please refer to the section on shipping.
Ellisrosch.com is open 24/7, though maintenance may occasionally interrupt availability. Orders can only be placed when the shop is open and operational.
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment method accepted by us. If you are under 18, you may purchase items with parental consent or legal authorization.
You can browse and add items to your shopping cart, editing them until you confirm your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to enter your personal information, including name, address, email, and telephone number, as well as select a payment method.
VAT and Taxes
The VAT rate applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery country. For non-EU countries, no VAT is added. Local taxes and duties are your responsibility, and they must be paid upon delivery.

Customs & VAT
Local VAT will be added at checkout for deliveries within the EU. For non-EU countries, VAT is not applied, and customs duties and fees will be charged directly by the customs office upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.
Specifics for the UK
VAT: 20% VAT is included in the price for all orders to the UK.
Duties: No duties for EU-made products. For non-EU products, local duties will apply.
14-Day Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This cancellation period is extended if the order arrives in multiple deliveries, and the period will begin when you receive the last item.
Exceptions to Cancellation
Sealed items, such as perfumes and beauty products, cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons if the seal is broken.
Return Fees
If you exceed the return period of 14 days, a €30 fee will be deducted.
Returns exceeding 1 month are not eligible for a refund, but the order value will be credited as points to your account (with a €60 fee).
We offer free returns for all orders.
To return an item
- Complete the return form included with your order.
- Pack the item and return form securely in the box.
- Attach the return label and drop off the package at the nearest parcel shop.
Please note: Return and shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivery is refused due to customs duties or taxes.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. It may take 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds Will Be Reduced If
- The product is used or damaged while in your possession.
- The item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function.
Complaints and Faulty Goods
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a right to complain about faulty goods for up to 2 years. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@ellisrosch.com with the following details:
- A description of the defect
- Photos showing the defect
- Your order number or confirmation
We will process your complaint and provide instructions for returning the faulty item.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are valid for a limited time and are subject to specific conditions. Codes must be entered during the checkout process. If you forget to enter a code, it cannot be applied later.
Fraud Policy
In cases of fraud or suspected fraudulent activities related to discount codes, we reserve the right to cancel the order and block the use of codes.
Personal Data
By making a purchase, we collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment details. This information is stored for 5 years and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal data.
