Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
When returning an order from outside the EU, please send your package to:

RETURN
01: Complete the enclosed return form.
02: Place the items and the completed return form inside the box, then securely close it using the self-adhesive closure. Attach the provided return label to the front of the box or bag.
03: Voilà! Your parcel is ready to be dropped off at your nearest parcel shop.

You have 14 days to return your items. Once we receive your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Please be aware that shipping and return costs are non-refundable if you refuse delivery due to import taxes or duties.

We're happy to help you exchange an item for a different size, as long as it’s in stock.
Please email us at contact@ellisrosch.com with your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the size you would like to receive.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and send a confirmation once your new item is on its way.
We aim to process your return within 48 hours after receiving your package at our warehouse.
Please note that it can take up to 12 days for us to receive and handle your return.
We will issue a refund no later than 14 days after receiving your return request.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, we will refund the full amount.
If the returned item shows signs of damage or impairment, we may deduct an amount for which you are held responsible.
If you return your item after the 14-day deadline, a fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund.
If you exceed the return deadline by one month or more, a monetary refund is no longer possible. Instead, we will credit the value of your order as points to your account, minus a €60 handling fee.
If you fail to collect your package from the selected parcel shop, a fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund.
