The Tabi Ankle Boots from Maison Margiela are a sculptural interpretation of a heritage silhouette. Crafted in Black, the design is defined by the signature split-toe shape and a clean ankle-high profile set on a cylindrical heel.
The boots are crafted from soft nappa lamb leather with a smooth, supple handfeel. A hook closure at the back ensures a secure fit, while the leather-lined interior and leather sole provide structure and comfort. White contrast stitching at the heel serves as a discreet Maison signature, complemented by logo detailing on the sole.
First introduced in the Maison’s 1989 debut collection, the Tabi remains a central design code, continuously revisited as an expression of avant-garde craftsmanship and conceptual design.
Maison Margiela is defined by its conceptual approach to design, where deconstruction, anonymity, and craftsmanship intersect. The label continues to challenge conventional fashion through intellectual silhouettes and enduring design codes.
