The Stjernenat 2023 Pinot Meunier by Poppelvej is a pét-nat Champagne defined by lightness and ease. Soft bubbles frame a delicate silhouette, offering an unforced, airy expression that leans into freshness rather than intensity.
Produced naturally from Pinot Meunier grown in the Adelaide Hills, the wine is bottled during fermentation to preserve its gentle effervescence. Notes of sour cherry and peach move through a pale rosé profile, with a fine mousse that remains subtle and restrained.
Poppelvej approaches winemaking with a focus on minimal intervention, allowing grape and place to guide the final expression with clarity and calm.
