Produced from Chardonnay grown in Bugey, the wine is vinified naturally with no added sulphites. The approach favours transparency and precision, allowing the grape’s natural tension to guide the profile. The result is a restrained expression with focus, lightness, and quiet depth.
Grain par Grain is the personal domaine of Caroline Ledédenté, whose work in Bugey is rooted in hands-on viticulture and a deeply site-driven philosophy.
