The Grain de Minuit by Grain par Grain 2022 Jacquére is a still white wine shaped by altitude and restraint. The silhouette is linear and precise, guided by freshness and a calm, unforced expression of place rooted in the Bugey landscape.
Sourced from a small vineyard planted in 1985 at the foot of Grand Colombier in Leyzieu, the Jacquére is barrel-aged in old barrels to allow slow oxygen exchange without oak influence. Vinified naturally with no added sulphites, the wine retains clarity and tension, supported by low alcohol and a distinctly alpine profile.
Grain par Grain is the personal domaine of Caroline Ledédenté, whose work reflects a patient, site-driven philosophy shaped by experience in Jura and Bugey.
