RUNWAY

FW25 “L’atelier Kimhēkim”

The Seoul-based label returns with sharp tailoring, surreal volume, and a subversive softness that redefines femininity—again.

A New Frame for Power Dressing: KIMHĒKIM’s FW25 runway is a study in opposites: severe lines meet airy silhouettes, and romanticism gets sliced by precision. Creative director Kiminte Kimhēkim, a Balenciaga alumnus, continues to push his signature codes—oversized bows, deconstructed classics, and structural tailoring—but this season, it all feels quieter. Sharper. Closer to the skin.Blazers were reworked with cinched waists and extended shoulders. Crisp shirting appeared with raw hems and monastic collars. Skirts hovered mid-calf, pleated or sculpted, balanced by micro accessories or heavy boots. The effect is decidedly feminine, yet never soft.
