The Le City Medium Bag from Balenciaga revisits the house’s iconic moto silhouette through rich texture and a softened, lived-in finish. Defined by its relaxed structure and elongated proportions, the design is crafted in Light Espresso, where waxed suede calfskin creates tonal depth and a distinctive tactile surface.
Crafted from suede calfskin with a waxed effect, the bag features two hand-braided handles wrapped with waxed cord and an adjustable, removable shoulder strap with a padded section. A double-sided zip with elongated tails and knotted leather pullers opens the main compartment, complemented by a signature front zipped pocket. Inside, a zipped pocket and removable logo-debossed mirror provide considered organization. Brass hardware adds warmth against the espresso-toned suede, while cotton canvas lining completes the interior.
Balenciaga reworks archival house codes through material experimentation and unconventional finishes.
