We offer free return in countries and for orders over:

Denmark: Any amount
Europe: Any amount
UK: Any amount
US: Any amount
AUS: Any amount
Rest of the world: return is at own cost

Put the item(s) and the return formula into the package and put on the return label. 

Return label is included for order from Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Austria, and Belgium. 

To request a return label please send an email to [email protected] – remember to include your order number for an easy and fast process.

GLS: Hand in the package at any GLS parcel shop you prefer

DHL: Hand in the package at any DHL parcel shop or book a free pickup at your convenience

FedEX: Hand in the package at any FedEX parcel shop or book a free pickup at your convenience

BRING: Hand in the package at any BRING parcel shop

*Please note: Your right of return is 14 days.
When we have received your return, you will be getting a confirmation by e-mail. All shipping costs and return costs are non-refundable if you refuse a delivery due to import taxes and/or duties.

When returning an order from countries not included in the free return policy, please send the package to:

We are more than happy to help you getting another size if it is in stock. Please contact us via [email protected] and give up your order number, the product you wish to exchange and the size of which you would like to receive. We will be getting back to you as soon as possible and send a confirmation when your new item is on its way.

We strive to process your return no longer than 48 hours after receiving the package at our warehouse.

It can take up to 12 days for us to receive and serve your return. We will refund all payments received from you no longer than 14 days after getting the request from you.

If regretting your purchase, we will refund the amount. If an item is damaged, we will subtract the amount of which you are liable for.

If you exceed the return deadline of 14 days, a fee of EUR 30 will be deducted. If you exceed the return deadline by one month or more, a refund is not possible. In this case, we deposit the value of the order in points into your account and deduct a fee of EUR 60.

01. Go to your account and click the ‘Convert Points To A Voucher’ button, and you will instantly see your voucher. The next time you are at checkout, you just need to click the voucher and then ‘Apply’.

02. Go directly to checkout and click the voucher appearing at the top. This way you will convert your points to a voucher right away. 

If you do not pick up your package at the selected package shop, a fee of EUR 30 will be deducted.

Please contact customer service via [email protected] and give up your order number and the product of which you would like to complain about. Remember to address the problem and enclose a photo of the product.
